Photo shoot and cooking today!
Benge and I had a good day of playing with our new studio, getting some awesome pictures done, and cooking some amazing food. Benge even used a Slap Chop for the first time!
We made some plantain lemongrass tater tots with a cream of celery sauce, fried plantain chips with grilled shrimp garnished with a papaya salad and balsamic and honey vinagrette. Enjoy.

And that was our awesome day! We had fun. Well, as much fun as two grown men playing dress up and taking pictures can have. Which turns out is a lot of damn fun.
